Global Averages In Japan, China, India And Germany Have Been Flashing Warnings For Weeks

Japan's Nikkei 225, China's Shanghai Composite, India's Nifty 50 and the German DAX have had negative weekly charts since the week of Feb. 9 as the U.S. equity averages began to consolidate weakness off correction lows set on the same date.
